By accessing or using AdShield ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and paying subscribers.
AdShield is an AI-powered advertising compliance scanning tool. The Service analyzes ad copy, creative assets, and landing pages against advertising policies of major platforms including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and TikTok. The Service provides:
To optimize storage and protect your privacy, AdShield automatically deletes scan data after 15 days. This includes:
Important: If you need to keep your scan results, please export them as PDF before they are automatically deleted. AdShield is not responsible for data loss due to automatic deletion under this policy.
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
AdShield offers the following subscription plans:
5 scans per month, basic features
100 scans per month, all features
2,000 scans per month, priority support
Payments are processed through LemonSqueezy. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Scan limits reset on a monthly basis from your subscription start date.
AdShield is an advisory tool only. While our AI provides analysis based on publicly available advertising policies, we do not guarantee that ads analyzed by our Service will be approved by any advertising platform.
Each advertising platform (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.) has sole discretion over ad approvals. Policy interpretations may vary, and platforms may update their policies without notice. Always review the official platform policies and guidelines before submitting ads.
AdShield is not liable for:
The Service, including its design, features, and AI models, is owned by AdShield and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you submit for analysis. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for providing the Service.
You agree not to use the Service to:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdShield shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may cancel your account at any time through the billing settings.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
